GSA Global Appoints Reza Sibilant as Managing Director, Client Engagement

GSA Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Reza Sibilant as Managing Director, Client Engagement, further strengthening the firm’s leadership across cyber security, resilience, and high consequence risk advisory.

Reza brings 18 years of senior experience in cyber security and risk advisory, with a career spanning critical national infrastructure, large scale transformation, and operational resilience. He joins GSA Global from Accenture, where he served as Managing Director leading the UKIA Resources security practice across Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Mining.

Experience across critical infrastructure and complex risk environments

During his time at Accenture, Reza established and led the UK operational technology security practice and delivered some of the firm’s most strategically significant engagements within the CNI sector. His work included providing C suite cyber advisory across UK nuclear and energy organisations, as well as designing an isolated technical environment for a nuclear sector client to maintain critical operations during a catastrophic cyber event.

Prior to this, Reza held senior commercial leadership roles at Neustar and Verisign Security Services, working across EMEA and APAC. Throughout his career, he has advised boards and senior leadership teams operating in regulated and high consequence sectors, where the impact of security failure extends beyond financial loss to public safety and national resilience.

In this role, Reza will focus on supporting senior leaders to move beyond compliance driven approaches to security, helping organisations build integrated, enterprise wide resilience across physical, human and cyber risk.
