Bill joined McKinsey in the 1980s, becoming partner and co-head of two global practices. He took on a variety of roles including CFO of a FTSE100 business and an investment bank, advising on restructuring cases and acting as an Expert Witness on advice to boards and risk management. He began working in cyber security in 2013 and has been a managing director in a leading US adviser on cyber incidents, a leading UK security consultancy and, most recently, Accenture.
He has advised global leaders in FS, technology, aerospace & defence, operators of critical national infrastructure and government agencies on insider risk management, cyber-security, resilience and the handling of major incidents.
