Prior to Booking.com she held different positions including Sales and Marketing Director and Senior Manager Information Management. She studied Business Engineering in Amsterdam. Louis-Victor de Franssu, Co-founder & CEO, Tremau
Louis-Victor is CEO and co-founder at Tremau, a Trust & Safety solution provider helping online platforms streamline their moderation processes while mitigating their regulatory risks. Prior to launching Tremau, Louis-Victor was deputy to the French Ambassador for Digital Affairs. In this role, he specialized in issues related to tackling illegal content online and disinformation, including leading France’s work on the Christchurch Call to Action. Louis-Victor also worked for a leading non-financial risk management consulting firm within the financial industry. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and BA from the University of Notre Dame.
Bob Quick, Founder & Managing Director, GSA Global
Bob spent 32 years with the British Police Service specialising in counter terrorism, anti-corruption and tackling organised crime. He served as Chief Constable of Surrey Police and then Assistant Commissioner Specialist Operations at The Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard London where he was responsible for the protection of the Royal Family, the Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers and visiting Heads of State. During his career he oversaw the investigations into some of the most complex terrorism cases that took place in the UK.
Spencer Mott, Managing Director of Account Takeover Prevention – Travel, Hospitality and Retail, GSA Global
Spencer Mott is currently the Managing Director of Account Takeover Prevention for the Travel, Hospitality and Retail sectors at GSA Global.
Prior to joining GSA Global, Spencer retired as Group Chief Security Officer at Booking Holdings (NASDAQ:BKNG) and Booking.com. In his role, which he held for 4.5 years, Spencer was responsible for leading the company’s global security, safety and fraud program, including cybersecurity, external fraud, information risk management, product software security, crisis management, customer and partner trust and safety, and corporate security. He led a team of nine Chief Information Security Officers and, at Booking.com over 550 security professionals and manages a program team responsible for cross-brand initiatives.
