GSA Global facilitates two forums a Quarter for travel risk/security managers – one for the EMEA region and one for the Americas – where professionals in the field discuss with their peers travel-risk issues of the day in a “Chatham House” rules environment.

GSA's 8th Travel Risk Security Forum on the 14th May 2025.

GSA’s 8th Travel Risk Security Forum on the 14th May 2025.

The sessions begin with a short input from a subject matter expert on a theme previously raised by the delegates (previous topics have included diverse travel-related topics including kidnap & ransom, health & safety, global sports events, executive protection, and travel law). Thereafter, attendees discuss issues of the day where they invite perspectives and solutions from others who may have experienced similar challenges or have a perspective to offer.

The sessions are held quarterly in-person in London for the EMEA group and online for the Americas team, and last no longer than 2 hours.

It is FREE to attend for travel risk/security professionals regardless of the size of their organisation; and suppliers of travel products and services are not permitted.
