Brian Moore served in the police service as an investigator for 34 years, culminating in his appointment to the rank of Chief Constable of Wiltshire Police and subsequently service as Director General of the UK Border Force. He led for the police service on risk management and tackling violence. Brian then spent time in the construction products sector focused on standards, assessment, regulation and in the investigation of market abuse. He now specialises in travel risk management helping global organisations align with the ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management Standard. Brian has also considerable experience and expertise in identifying and managing insider risks. His longstanding interest in the role of whistleblowers in raising concerns in the public interest, led him to undertake his research into whistleblowing in both the UK and Europe, which resulted in the award of his doctorate by Middlesex University.
